Return and Exchange

At Fabulla Fashion, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Eligibility: You can return any items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.


Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or personalized items.


Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at fabulla.ae@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Pack the item securely, along with the original packing slip, and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item as outlined above and placing a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund for defective products at no additional cost.
